These pens come with black tip and ink, the rainbow has blue tip and blue ink I do accept customer orders. These pens are sold just the way they are and cannot be personalized. I have a crazy amount of glitter and chances are, I have the color you want. Just send me a message and I can show you the different colors that I have. These pens are refillable with paper mate 0.7mm ink and will last many years if taken care of properly. I use high quality glitter and the UV Resin is BPA free ROHS (restriction of hazardous Substances) & MSDS (materials safety data sheets) approved. Do not leave pens in a hot car, do not put them in your mouth, do not drop them.
