Vibrant pen wrap sealed with uv resin. please note that with pen wraps, there is a visible seam and the top/or bottom will have paint to fill in the gaps. color is matched as close as possible.
These pens are refillable with paper mate 0.7mm ink and will last many years if taken care of properly
I use high quality glitter and the UV Resin is BPA free ROHS (restriction of hazardous Substances) & MSDS (materials safety data sheets) approved.
Do not leave pens in a hot car, do not put them in your mouth, do not drop them.
